The Pool

Round two of our vacation pictures: the pool. What better place to spend a week at the lake? Keyton only fell in a few times. Never fear, the life jacket works. It didn't seem to phase him though. He only cried when I tried to take him out of the water.

grandma and grandpa's

Keyton and I are on the go now that summer break has begun. We begin here in the middle of our travels at Grandma Cathy and Grandpa Scott's house in Gresham Oregon. There is lots to see here: an entire driveway made of gravel, a tennis net, and the ever popular ball.

a passion for peacocks

We tried to get Keyton to look at the camera for 5 minutes, but he was riveted. I used to think Keyton was going to go to business school, but now I'm thinking a kind of Steve Irwin does poultry show, where Keyton stares at birds while the cameramen try to position themselves to get a clean shot of his face. I'll give away the ending - Steve Irwin dies.;

The Zoo

While in Omaha, we went to the zoo. Keyton liked the quieter giraffe, compared to the noisy parrots, that made him cry. The highlight of the trip for me is when a big blue chicken pooped right into nicks ear, splashing onto keyton's hat. goooo.

pioneer keyton

After a long day of pulling the hand cart Keyton promptly fell asleep in the simulated ship bunks while his parents watched a movie at Winter Quarters in Omaha Nebraska. Then Keyton made dinner. yuck.
