BOISE

Nick went to Boise for his 10-year high school reunion and to do a triathlon with his little sister and brother. Nick has an unhealthy love affair with his headband.

Farmer's tans are so hot.

Emily was the first one to sign up to do this thing, and she shaved a ton of time off her finish time. She rocks!

Thomas loved hanging out with Lola . . .

who stood up for several seconds at a time . . .

and harassed Moose constantly.

Cousins Lucy and Lola.

Lola also got to spend some time with Grandpa and Grandpa Great.

Blogging Backlog

I know these aren't pictures of our new house or juicy details from our move, but for the sake of consecutiveness you'll have to be patient while I work through this backlog.

K&L enjoy a little ice cream.

Later we decide it's our time for ice cream and bike to the Highland Grill, despite being warned by our babysitter that it was supposed to rain that evening. We made it there dry. . .

Is it bigger than my back yard?

A while ago we signed a lease on a cute house in Indiana which we will be moving to next week. Excited about the fenced backyard I told Keyton:
We're going to have a huge back yard! (Remember we live in an apartment complex with two playgrounds and a soccer field as our backyard.)
K: Is it bigger than my backyard?
L: Um. No.
K: Is there a playground?
L: No. Never mind. Our new yard is tiny.

July-ish

Mr. Safety calls out to all motorists and bikers he sees "You're not wearing a helmet!!" That's not a good choice he mutters.

K found himself atop Nick like so and exclaimed "We're an H!" refering to the way to sign the letter H in ASL as demonstrated below.

Ah, nap time.
